Mr. Bob Durgude, Academic Director of Modern Montessori International Group (MMI), oversees academic planning and program evaluation. As a qualified Montessori Trainer and Early Childhood Specialist, he also leads informative seminars and workshops both domestically and abroad, emphasizing the transformative power of the Montessori Method for parents, educators, and the community.

Ms. Vicky Peng, with 27 years of experience in Early Childhood & Montessori Education, is a dedicated trainer, mentor, and curriculum specialist. She oversees school curriculums, develops instructional materials, and actively conducts workshops for parents. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Special and Inclusive Education at the University of Newcastle’s Singapore campus, she strives to create dynamic and supportive learning environments for her students.

Ms. Shesikala Durgude is the Preschool Director of MMI, overseeing academic planning and evaluation. Her duties include faculty development, research, training center management, and curriculum development. She supervises over 20 preschools in Singapore, promoting professional growth. Additionally, she leads MMI's new business initiatives by monitoring market trends, engaging with stakeholders, and exploring strategic investments for growth and innovation.

Dr. Roshini Chandroo is an expert in special education and behavior support. Since 2020, she has been a Senior Behaviour Support Specialist at Ability Consultants and an Honorary Research Associate at the STAR Association. Her career includes roles as a Special Education Consultant, Lecturer, Tutor, and Senior ABA Therapist. She also has experience as an Assistant Teacher, Coordinator, and Childcare Teacher in Australia and Singapore.

Ms. Marianne Bourke, Head of MMI London for over 15 years, has actively promoted Montessori Education globally. She developed numerous Montessori training and Early Childhood programs. Trained in Dublin over 20 years ago, she has worked as a Montessori Directress in America, Australia, Saudi Arabia, and Eastern Europe before joining MMI London.

Ms. Bui An Nhu Quynh holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Teaching and a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics. Previously, she managed a preschool in Da Lat City and served as a Montessori Directress and Academic Head at MMI Group. Currently, she is a certified trainer at MMI Group, where she continues to contribute to the field of education with her expertise and dedication.
